Compare and contrast Acetal Copolymer and Dupont Delrin in Sheet and Rods

Homopolymer Acetal or Delrin is the perfect plastic for turning on a lathe lathe. It’s very easy to turn, but it requires slower speeds. I’ve used this plastic to make Scottish small pipes chanters. Between the Delrin and Acetal rods, both materials are exceptionally durable and easily machinable, and they have similar physical properties.
